SanDisk Wi-Fi + 256 MB SD Card

Today, my husband told me that there is actually a 4GB Compact Flash inside a IPod Mini and the price of the latter is cheaper. There are people who bought the IPod Mini, dismantle it and use the 4GB Compact Flash for other purposes.

Another news on the IPod: There is a new software for Windows that can converts and exports Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Email from Microsoft Outlook to the iPod. This is already possible if you are using a Mac. So this is great news for Window users.

I have just installed ListPro on my Sony Clie N760 yesterday. I am quite please with the software except that there are some bugs with the "Flatten Outline" view when you have more than 1 indent item level. And when you switch back to the "Unflatten Outline" view, you will realise that the items in the deeper indent level are not in the right levels anymore. :(

As I have only 8MB of internal memory, I tried to move the application and its data to my 128 MS card. To my horror, the ListPro application could not find the lists and templates that I have created. (I did not consult any FAQ or software guides, before doing this). I decide to play around further. First I make a directory "/PALM/PROGRAMS/ListPro" in my MS and copied my list (*.lpl.pdb) into the folder. It DOES NOT work. Next, I tried copy my list back to the Palm memory. It STILL DOES NOT work. I was getting frustrated and disappointed.

Just before giving up, I saw this file "ListProDB.pdb". I copied this file to the palm memory. Finally, I can see the list that I have created in the program but my new templates are still missing. I copied another file "ListProTemplateDB.pdb" and the template files (*.ltl.pdb) back to the palm memory and bingo, my templates are back.

Conclusion, copy application "ListPro.prc" into the "/PALM/Launcher" folder of your external media. This file itself is 347Kb. However, all the rest of the data files will still have to reside in the palm memory. Luckily the data files do not take up too much space. Forgot to mention that I am using MegaLauncher. I am not sure if it is the same as the other launchers.
Mozilla is currently developing a new Internet web browser, Minimo, for Pocket PC device. It is very beta now. There are speculation that there will be a Palm version next. Looking forward to it.
